Dragonite Colour

If you're going for a more realistic look, the lines shouldn't be as thick. Hmm.. I like the background ^^ And the wings are pretty good. I'd say you should smudge the tail colours together more.. it doesn't look like the rest of the blended colours. Oh and is there a reason for having little black, tiny lines over his belly and legs? i'd say you should get rid of those completely. Other than that it's cute :3 What program you using?
